Precision Tube Sheets
Designed for multi-hole drilling in high-pressure heat exchangers. Upset forging ensures the material will not“chip”or“drift”during the drilling process, preventing crack-path bridges between tubes.
Blind Flange Blanks
Solid forged blanks for custom-spec flanges. Unlike plate-cut alternatives, these provide 100% volumetric density, essential for subsea manifolds and high-integrity pressure containment.
Forged Hubs & Bosses
By forging the hub directly onto the disc (Boss Forging), we reduce machining time by up to 40%. This process also aligns the grain flow into the raised center, strengthening the hub-to-disc transition.
High-Speed Turbine Discs
Engineered for extreme centrifugal stress and creep resistance. We use superalloys like Inconel 718 to ensure stability at high RPMs and temperatures exceeding 600°C.
