As-Forged (Black)

Hot-forged surface with standard allowance (+12mm/-0mm). Primary straightening performed. Best for high-volume raw stock requirements.

 

Rough Machined

Surface finish Ra 12.5 µm. Typical allowance +3.0mm. Step transitions defined. Ideal for reducing“buy-to-fly”ratios in custom alloys.

 

Finish Machined

Fully compliant with final blueprint tolerances. Ra 0.8 µm to 3.2 µm. Ready for immediate assembly or final surface treatment (e.g., nitriding).
